Hudson’s Classic Grill & Bar would like to take a moment to update you on everything we are doing in the wake of the challenges posed by the spread of COVID-19.
We remain committed to promoting rigorous standards in health and safety and will continue to take that commitment to heart as we work to tackle COVID-19. Our restaurant operators are working diligently around-the-clock to follow proper COVID-19 cleanliness procedures and protocols as outlined by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), the Marquette County Health Dept. and our partners at ECOLAB.
More importantly, we are also taking steps to ensure your safety and the health and safety of our team members. We have increased our stock of personal protective equipment and cleaning chemicals. We are also hourly disinfecting all touch points – from doorknobs and handles to counter tops. We are also following all protocols with a daily health check of our staff members and making sure that they make right choice and stay home when feeling ill. We are tasking our management team with watching out for any symptoms of the seasonal flu or the COVID-19 virus in order to take appropriate actions.
The situation we currently face is unprecedented in our 20 years of serving this community. As per recent executive orders, as of May 22 we are now able to offer table-side service in our restaurant as well as remaining open as a carry out business. Face masks are required to enter the restaurant at any time, but can be removed once seated. Our hours will be 11am to 8pm Mon -Wed and 11am to 10pm Thu – Sat. We are offering delivery within 3 miles radius with orders of 50 dollars or more as well as our complete menu available on DoorDash. Delivery orders must be paid by credit card at time of order. We appreciate the support of the people and guests of Marquette and are proud to be able to play our part in the recovery from the COVID-19 outbreak.
